Protective shield NBT-1 "Thermo" (with a modern, most convenient in use "Comfort" head mount with smooth adjustment of the length of the parietal and occipital parts) provides excellent visibility and maximum protection of eyes and face. The front, chin and screen are made of 2.00 mm thick polycarbonate resistant to abrasion and high temperatures.
Purpose: for work at blast furnaces, steel-making and other industrial furnaces, for protection against splashes of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, abrasives and high temperatures. The screen and the frontal part are made of shock-resistant, heat-resistant polycarbonate 2.00 mm thick, 330x210 mm in size.
