Exchange & ReturnsDo I have the option to return an item that doesn't fit?
Yes, we provide the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that their presentation is preserved, the integrity of the packaging and labels.
Also, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that according to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", such groups of goods are not subject to return and exchange: cosmetic and perfumery products, feather and down products, children's toys, personal hygiene items, jewelry made of precious metals and amber, underwear, hosiery and products with aerosols.
The list of exceptions for exchange / return also includes clothes after applying the symbols on the order of the client.
How long does it take to return an item?Buyer can return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that its presentation, packaging and labels are intact.
Who pays for shipping?Shipping costs for the return and exchange of goods are at the expense of the buyer. Exceptions are warranty claims and defective products. For more details on the payment of transportation costs, you can check with our manager by phone (044) 333-67-65 from 8:30 to 17:30 on weekdays.
What documents are required to return a product?To return the goods, you must provide a consignment note, as well as details for a refund. After sending the goods, the client also provides the manager with a TTN number.
How long will the money be returned to me?When paying in cash, a refund can be received at the office at st. Mikhailovskaya, 17 by prior agreement with the manager by phone number (044) 229-15-00 from 8:30 to 17:30 on weekdays.
When paying by bank card or by bank transfer, funds are transferred according to the details provided by the buyer within 7 working days after we receive the goods.
