The FGM K2P3 R D gas mask filter is characterized by its light weight and high reliability, thanks to the housing made of thermoplastic impact-resistant polymer. The standard threaded mount (Rd 40×1/7” (DSTU EN 148-1:2004)) allows for easy, reliable, and tight attachment of the filter to the mask, eliminating the possibility of incorrect installation.

The large internal volume of the gas mask filter allows for extended use, while the low breathing resistance ensures comfort.

FGM gas mask filters with K2P3 R D are used together with the ST-S100 panoramic mask and are designed to protect the respiratory system from the harmful effects of ammonia and its organic derivatives. Gas mask filters reliably protect against radioactive and microbiological aerosols at nuclear power plants and in radiochemical production. The filters have been tested with dolomite dust and can be used in highly dusty environments.

The filter housing stands out due to its light weight and high reliability, thanks to the thermoplastic impact-resistant polymer material. The FGM housing has excellent dielectric properties. The filter attaches easily and securely to the mask.

Layers of polyester material are ultrasonically welded to the fasteners. This prevents spillage of activated carbon. The soot element of the filter is made of polyester material.

Each filter is hermetically sealed in polyethylene with instructions, preventing air or moisture from entering the package.

The FGS gas mask filter is used when the oxygen content in the working area is at least 17% by volume, and when the origin and concentration of harmful substances in the working area are known. The gas mask filter is also used in potentially non-explosive atmospheres. In the case of using FGM K2P3 R D against radioactive dust, it is recommended to replace the filter after each shift change or when necessary.

The gas mask filter fully meets the requirements of DSTU EN 14387:2017. FGM K2P3 R D filters must be used only for protection against those harmful substances for which the filter type and its color code are intended.
