How to take measurements from men and women

A - Growth Measured from top to toe. Note that the posture should be as natural as possible. Stand up straight, do not strain, hands should be lowered freely.
B - Chest girth Measured around the bulk of the chest at the most prominent point. To do this, inhale halfway and record the volume of air in the lungs, and then begin taking measurements.
